SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:
United States: 10–20 business days
United Kingdom / Europe: 10–18 business days
Canada / Australia: 12–20 business days
Rest of world: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience — good things are worth the wait.
Please note: Occasionally, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside of our control.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number within 3–5 business days of placing your order. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the number is issued — this is normal.
If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
We offer full refunds for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are significantly different from the description
- Items that never arrived (after investigation)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and confirming the return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at support@insidemart.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Include a photo of the item if it is damaged or defective.
3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is defective).
5. Once we confirm receipt, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
